Catheter Hole Drilling and Cutting Machines
SYNEO’s automated catheter hole drilling and cutting machines — like the SYNEO Accu-Drill DC402C — allow engineers to produce finished, precision cut-to-length components within a continuous, fully automated manufacturing process. Integrating catheter hole drilling, punching, skiving and cutting into a single bench-top solution, these systems replace several machines and associated processes with one. Raw materials can be presented to the machine manually or automatically, in either spool or stick form, with the corresponding SYNEO Accu-Feed systems.
Catheter Drill and Cut Systems
All critical parameters are controlled via recipe. Because our catheter drilling machines drill in a user-defined hole pattern before parts are cut to length, finished parts can range from as short as 1mm to over one meter. This helps to greatly reduce manufacturing costs by processing parts in a single step.
When used with SYNEO cutting tools, manufactured using SYNEO’s proprietary manufacturing process, the resultant hole quality is unmatched.
Accu-Drill and Accu-Punch Solutions
SYNEO Accu-Drill and Accu-Punch machines are advanced, space-efficient solutions for drilling burr-free holes in a wide range of single and multi-lumen tubing materials, heavily utilized in clean room manufacturing environments.
When your punch isn’t round but instead an oval, Accu-Punch is the solution. When your punch is round, Accu-Drill is.
These features enhance quality outcomes and efficiency for operators in both R&D and medical device production environments.
