Grant Bowman
President
Grant Bowman serves as President of MMT, leading the company’s corporate strategy, operations, and long-term growth, driving expansion through strategic acquisitions and new market opportunities. Prior to joining MMT, he served as Executive Vice President of Specialty Products at Perimeter Solutions, where he advanced strategic growth and operational performance.
His previous experience includes serving as a founding partner of Hunter Capital Limited Partnership and holding leadership positions at Blue Ridge Capital and Lehman Brothers. With more than 20 years of experience, Grant brings a proven track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
Jesse Metcalf
Division President, Catheter Technologies
Jesse serves as the Division President of Catheter Technologies at MMT, where he expertly manages global site operations with a keen focus on achieving exceptional business results and revenue growth. He is committed to delivering innovative catheter and automation solutions that enable customers to achieve superior production outcomes within the medical device sector.
Before joining MMT, Jesse played a pivotal role in transforming field service and corporate operations at Agiliti Health and Fujifilm Medical Systems—USA, and Philips Healthcare. Jesse holds an MBA from Colorado State University.
Mark Scanel
Vice President, Commercial Strategy
Mark Scanel serves as MMT’s Vice President of Commercial Strategy, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across the medical device and industrial manufacturing sectors. In his role, Mark focuses on advancing application expertise and delivering technical solutions that help customers optimize manufacturing processes, improve performance, and address complex production challenges.
Throughout his career, Mark has built a strong track record of driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth by aligning technical capabilities with customer and market needs. His approach combines strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge, and a commitment to developing reliable, high-value solutions.
Mark Purcell
Division President, Automation Solutions
Mark Purcell is Division President of Automation at MMT, where he leads the strategy and delivery of advanced automation solutions for regulated manufacturing environments. He is responsible for ensuring customers receive state-of-the-art systems that enhance quality, increase performance, and deliver meaningful return on investment.
Mark focuses on building high-performing technical teams, disciplined project governance, and scalable operating models that deliver predictable outcomes across complex automation programs in medical device and life sciences sectors. He holds an MSc Degree in Data Business from University College Cork and is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).
Trevor Lynch
Vice President, Finance and Shared Services
Trevor serves as Vice President of Finance and Shared Services at MMT, where he oversees the accounting and shared services functions. Throughout his career, he has guided global and domestic organizations through complex integrations, acquisitions, financial consolidations, and operational transformations.
Prior to MMT, Trevor served in a variety of leadership roles including CFO, Plant Controller, Corporate Controller, and Regional/Group Controller for companies such as Baxter Healthcare, Greentech Environmental, Huf North America Automotive, and Tsubaki Nakashima. He holds a BBA Degree in Accounting from East Tennessee State University.
