Precision abrasive cutoff uses thin, inexpensive rubber-bond blades and high-precision, CNC-grade components to deliver fast, clean cuts with minimal burrs on solid bars and tubes. Low kerf loss and a smooth surface finish of 0.4 to 0.8 Ra make it well-suited for applications that demand tight dimensional control and consistent part quality. Compatible with diamond and CBN wheels, our precision abrasive cutoff equipment adapts to a wide range of materials and production requirements.
