Challenge: To grind felt tips for pens. Customer required a high volume turnkey solution.
Before finding Glebar, the customer was grinding these felt tips manually. Glebar sold the customer a fully automated form grinder to grind the shape from rod to felt tip, processing 8 pieces per cycle with intricate geometric shapes and radii. Cycle time is under 8 seconds, including auto feeding.
