A standout in the lineup is the MPT Automated Balloon Pleating and Folding Machine (PTF). The PTF uses a servo-controlled fold head, equipped with stainless steel blades coated in a high-wear-resistant, low-friction material. This coating ensures flawless pleating and folding of medical balloons, setting new standards for accuracy and reliability.
Another featured machine is the Tridex Point Grinding System (PGS). Integrating with Tridex Electrochemical Grinders (ECG), this system grinds a variety of medical needle points burr-free including Menghini, trocar, Franseen, and other custom points. In addition, it can be used for conventional abrasive (non-ECG) grinding applications.
