J. Robert (Robbie) Atkinson
President
Robbie leads MMT’s corporate strategy and operations, as well as the company’s ongoing growth in emerging markets through mergers and acquisitions. He joined MMT after leading the successful transformation of NN, Inc.’s (Nasdaq: NNBR) Life Sciences division, through organic and strategic acquisitions. In addition to leading the Life Sciences division, Robbie also held senior leadership roles in corporate strategy and finance, where he led mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. Prior to his time at NN, Inc., he held positions at Regions Bank and Eaton Corporation.
Jesse Metcalf
Division President, Guidewire and Abrasive Technologies
Jesse serves as the Division President of Guidewire and Abrasive Technologies at MMT, where he expertly manages global site operations with a keen focus on achieving exceptional business results and revenue growth. He is committed to delivering innovative guidewire and abrasive solutions that enable customers to achieve superior manufacturing outcomes within the medical device and industrial sectors.
Before joining MMT, Jesse played a pivotal role in transforming field service and corporate operations at Agiliti Health and Fujifilm Medical Systems—USA, and Philips Healthcare. Jesse holds an MBA from Colorado State University.
Mark Purcell
Division President, Automation Solutions
Mark Purcell is Division President of Automation at MMT, where he leads the strategy and delivery of advanced automation solutions for regulated manufacturing environments. He is responsible for ensuring customers receive state-of-the-art systems that enhance quality, increase performance, and deliver meaningful return on investment.
Mark focuses on building high-performing technical teams, disciplined project governance, and scalable operating models that deliver predictable outcomes across complex automation programs in medical device and life sciences sectors. He holds an MSc Degree in Data Business from University College Cork and is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).
Trent Steckler
Division President, Catheter Technologies
Trent is the Division President of Catheter Technologies at MMT, where he oversees multi-site operations with a strong emphasis on commercial performance and profitability. He is dedicated to driving growth through operational excellence and innovative product development.Prior to MMT, Trent served as Vice President of Operations and Engineering at SYNEO, where he improved cross-functional collaboration and delivered complex medical device automation solutions.
With over 30 years of experience in medical engineering, Trent has a proven track record of developing advanced manufacturing solutions that focus on uniquely solving critical customer needs. He holds a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Robotics), as well as a Design Engineering Degree.
Trevor Lynch
Vice President, Finance and Share Services
Trevor serves as Vice President of Finance and Shared Services at MMT, where he oversees the accounting and shared services functions. Throughout his career, he has guided global and domestic organizations through complex integrations, acquisitions, financial consolidations, and operational transformations.
Prior to MMT, Trevor served in a variety of leadership roles including CFO, Plant Controller, Corporate Controller, and Regional/Group Controller for companies such as Baxter Healthcare, Greentech Environmental, Huf North America Automotive, and Tsubaki Nakashima. He holds a BBA Degree in Accounting from East Tennessee State University.
