The Split Mold Balloon Forming Machine (BFMS-500-S2) is a medical balloon forming machine built for precise, high-speed balloon catheter forming through full servo control on both the proximal and distal axes. This enables accurate and rapid parison stretching throughout the balloon-blowing process. Each axis features integrated force control and individual load cell systems, allowing forces to be continuously monitored and applied as active control parameters. Standard on every BFMS-500-S2 is our new Rapid Heat Cool Mold Technology, which forms balloons up to 30% faster than the original, while the quick-exchange heat/cool block design makes switching between balloon sizes and shapes fast and effortless.

The Split Mold Balloon Forming Machine (BFMS-500- S2) has full servo control on the proximal and distal axis. This allows for precise and fast stretching of the parisons during the balloon-blowing process. The axis has force control and individual loadcell systems allowing forces to be monitored and used as control parameters during the process. Our BFMS allows you quickly exchange the heat/cool block for a different size/shape balloon.
