Cath-Tech (CT) Reflow Chamber

The Cath-Tech (CT) Reflow Chamber is a precision catheter laminating machine designed for consistent, high-quality results. It uses a tightly controlled heated chamber that moves along the tubing at a regulated speed to produce uniform laminations across medium- to long-length catheter shafts.

To improve centering and consistency, the system supports the use of tubing centering guides within the heat zone. It delivers excellent process repeatability, uniformity, and high yield.

Operators can input traverse speed and length settings through a touch-screen HMI, while a motion controller maintains precise control throughout the process. The system also allows for multiple speed and length transitions within a single cycle, with independent temperature control for each thermal nozzle.

Unlike traditional ovens, the CT Reflow Chamber avoids issues like longitudinal elongation and uneven recovery, ensuring more reliable catheter performance.
