J. Robert (Robbie) Atkinson
Chief Executive Officer
Robbie leads MMT’s corporate strategy and operations, as well as the company’s ongoing growth in emerging markets through mergers and acquisitions. He joined MMT after leading the successful transformation of NN, Inc.’s (Nasdaq: NNBR) Life Sciences division, through organic and strategic acquisitions. In addition to leading the Life Sciences division, Robbie also held senior leadership roles in corporate strategy and finance, where he led mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. Prior to his time at NN, Inc., he held positions at Regions Bank and Eaton Corporation.
Richard L. Stetler (Rick)
Chief Operating Officer
Rick joined MMT as Chief Operations Officer where he leads our international and domestic manufacturing operations. Prior to joining MMT, Mr. Stetler served as Group Vice President of Operations at NN, Inc., Life Science division. In this role he drove operational efficiencies, streamlined processes, and developed innovative manufacturing solutions along the product lifecycle.
Amber Fields
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Amber is responsible for the global finance operations for MMT and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining MMT, Mrs. Fields was the global finance leader at a private-equity backed medical device manufacturing company, leading multiple acquisitions and integrations for the business. Additionally, she holds an MBA from Sorrell College of Business at Troy University.
Jenna Price
Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development
As Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, Jenna is charged with stewarding M&A activity and driving MMT’s strategic initiatives. Before joining MMT, Jenna was a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she developed growth strategies, performance improvement programs, and large-scale change initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. Jenna also holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, with her thesis focused on medical device development.
Crew Feighery
Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales and Marketing
As Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales and Marketing at MMT, Crew plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s sales and marketing strategies. With a strong emphasis on driving commercial growth and enhancing market reach, he oversees both technical and field sales teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with MMT’s strategic objectives. Crew joined MMT after the company acquired SYNEO, where he dedicated 13 years of his career. His tenure at SYNEO included various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales, and International Business Development Manager. Crew holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Specialty in Materials from the University of Central Florida.
Jesse Metcalf
Vice President of Total Care
Jesse is Vice President of Total Care at MMT, where he is responsible for management of the company’s aftermarket business. His primary focus is on fostering global growth and enhancing operational scale in the areas of medical components, service engagements, and field service delivery. Before joining MMT, Jesse played a pivotal role in transforming field service and corporate operations at Agiliti Health and Fujifilm Medical Systems—USA, and Philips Healthcare. Additionally, Jesse holds an MBA from Colorado State University.
