SYNEO Accu-Drill DC402C
The SYNEO DC Series automates catheter hole drilling and precision cut-to-length processing in one continuous operation, significantly reducing manufacturing costs by eliminating the need for multiple machines.
FEPeeler RC-1, RC-XL
The FEPeeler RC1 Roll Cutter cuts parts from 0.050 inch to 0.375 inch with or without braids, driving the roll on the OD rather than blade-to-mandrel contact for straight, clean cuts with less downforce and minimal mandrel damage. The FEPeeler RC1-XL extends that capability to 0.550 inch OD with larger rollers and a longer stroke for complete circumferential cuts in a single motion.
FEPeeler MRC-1, XS
The FEPeeler MRC-1 is a precision handheld roll cutter for parts from 0.020 inch to 0.170 inch, using a blade guided through a 0.010 inch slot and supported by ball bearings for clean, straight cuts on even the smallest sizes. The MRC-XS extends that capability down to 0.010 inch for the most demanding small-diameter and braided catheter cutting applications.
