MMT provides stent crimping technologies designed to support the controlled crimping and transfer of self-expanding stents into delivery systems. The MPT CRF-200-PS delivers precise, reliable crimping for drug-eluting self-expandable stents, featuring a unique 4-film protection system and a stable 8-blade crimping head designed to eliminate cross-contamination between stents and protect delicate drug coatings throughout the crimping process.
MPT CR-240 FSCP
The MPT CR-240-FSCP is a servo-controlled stent crimping platform that handles both balloon-expandable and self-expandable stents up to 220 mm in length, with radial forces up to 1,250 N, designed for maximum flexibility in development and production environments.
CR-120A
The MPT CR-120A is a servo-controlled stent crimping machine designed for precise, damage-free crimping and delivery-system transfer of self-expandable stents. It supports stents up to 120 mm in length and 20 mm in diameter, with radial forces up to 1,000 N; its no-touch stent cradle system, low-friction stainless tool steel blades, and stepper-controlled pusher with a load cell ensure repeatable, high-quality results with minimal operator intervention.
