CR-60-HC Bioabsorbable Stent Crimping Machine

Crimping balloon-expandable bioabsorbable stents requires consistent control over force, alignment and temperature throughout the process. Variability in any of these factors can affect stent integrity, particularly when working with sensitive biopolymer materials. A stent crimping machine designed specifically for absorbable stent crimping helps reduce that variability by supporting stable, repeatable operation.

The CR-60-HC Bioabsorbable Stent Crimping Machine is developed for this application, combining a stepper-controlled crimp head with force measurement, integrated temperature control, and PLC-based control.
